Much of this development was completed in 2015. Including a supermarket, lots of eateries and shops and the attached Kyushu Blossom hotel, as well as a children's play area on the roof, this is a versatile and convenient station development. I especially recommend Hamamonyo for...More

This shopping centre surrounds Oita Station, hence the JR. It has plenty of shops and concessions as well as small restaurants to grab breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also good for people watching and a chance to escape the heat and cool off. Recommend the pastry...More

Not too complicated for the building layouts. For tourist is quite easy to find the right way to get on the right train. Food court, gift shop, shopping mall are all together. Simple than other big station but with all the function you need.

Had a quick business trip here but felt so welcomed & taken care off. Even if they didn't speak much English always everyone was so helpful. Definitely worth a stop by if you are just passing through.

There were many shops, the place was so clean and the services was so good! Once I asked for the ATM and the receptionist drew a map for me. The place was very very accessible. Went in december and the decoration was beautiful.

Oita grew up a little bit once this amazing station was finished. It's like a mini Hakata station, with great shopping, lots of food choices, a movie theater, even an onsen with a great view!

When I was in Oita, it was at the end of almost two months of travel and I was a little tired. But it was fun to spend an afternoon just walking around, visiting shops, finding the animal statues that sit on some streets, admire...More
