This is one of the best spot for Cherry Blossoms. With the branches of the cherry blossom trees dripping along the river, you'll have a tranquil view. It's wonderful.

Best to get off at Naka-Meguro station on Hibiya line. The canal there is a little narrower, so that the canopy from both banks connect and form a beautiful arch of blossom in late March and early April.

Though covered with sakura, it is just an average spot for sakura cos not very photogenic and the blossoms are just white in colour. Not worth going
