We loved the zoo and it is totally for free. Really great is apart from the red pandas also the petting zoo!! Only minus is the really small area that is there for the lion and the tiger, it made me a little bit sad.

It is rather small size zoo. But, for my 3 years old daughter, it is enough size to spend 3 hours with typical animals. Be careful, it is after long slope. I walked up there from Sakuragicho station though, maybe, it is better to use...More

most of Children who grown up in Yokohama had a experience to visit this nostalgic small zoo very often. there is no rare animals, no wide spaces, but there are lots of warm friendship, Entrance is free of charge
