A war ship was docked when we visited which was very exciting to see. The area is amazing, very clean, the surrounding streets have plenty of cafes & shops, a very pleasant outing.

what an awesome terminal and facilities - huge clean area, and so unlike some dreary passenger terminals - something worth seeing and doesn't take too long if time is limited

Yokohama night view so amazing.. yo can go here from shinjuku and must change train for minatomirai.. In front of minato mirai station you can see yokohama port opening memorial and about 300 meters from there you can see osanbashi pier port for amazing view

I am a Japanese living in Yokohama and have no such experiences. Sorry. I can tell you nice spots in Yokohama.
