Interesting to see a building just in the middle of the sea. I had ice cream and enjoyed the view of the sea.

I visited to Umihotaru. I think it could be enough to visit 1 time. There are some restaurant and souvenir shops.

Nice (but crowded) area middle of Tokyo Bay. On a sunny morning we were lucky to see view of Tokyo, majestic Mount Fuji and several planes landing Haneda Airport. Lot of restaurants and shopping facilities.

yes there is a bus to Kisarazu and the time schedule is posted at the bus stop. Just remember if you are going back to Kisarazu the bus stop is on the opposite side.
