With specifically English speaking counters and staff they provide information about everything in and near Kanazawa. We were told that as holders of the Japan rail pass certain buses from outside the station were free of charge.

We found this information centre to be very helpful with their advice, directions and facilities. They speak multiple languages and have maps and brochures that are very useful. Friendly staff with a warm smile add to the service.

Located in Kanazawa train station, this information center has goodwill guides who speak English. They provide directions, maps, and suggestions to visitors. Stop by here when you arrive at Kanazawa and you'll be glad you did. Excellent help with navigating the city and even suggestions for things to do/see. They have English speaking staff. Very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming employees.
