Yes, you can enter it, but the grand mihrab is not visible as it’s under restoration. The imam here was very kind and demonstrated the use of the Seljuk era safe.

They could have some historical things placed with it. For us, it was just functioning mosque which you access by climbing the hill. Stairs aren't much and easily you can reach.

Went yesterday evening to see the mosque while we were in Konya. It was barricaded with metal sheets undergoing major renovation and doesn't seem to be opening anytime soon. Check before going.

I don't like word mosque, remind me of spanish inquisition. This is beautiful masjid from 12 century, with magnificent minber and mihrab.Wooden minber is built without single nail and still holding . Built in 1155.

It is a mosque that situated on a hill . I went there on during winter and it was simply amazing . The entrance door is situated at the side .
