Izmir Teleferik is a must go place at Izmir. Best if you're traveling with your family. The mid-point has a total hangout joint at the top of mountain with a lots of cafe, sitting areas (at various level/step), kuds play ground and mosque. No food...More

Hello, As of Today, 3rd of May, the Teleferik is closed so do not loose your time and monety to get there. They said it would be closed for 10days - maintenance reasons.

Modern cable car, amazing vievs and nice place for barbecue! Can be crowded on weekends! Best is to bring own food and drinks, prices in bars on the top are quite high.

I love this place! The Teleferik ride is quiete cheap and on top of the mountain you find a supermarket, kind of coffee place, and picknick tables under the trees with lovely views over the city and the green forest on the other side
