We were with Fatma for 30 days. We visited mosques, markets, small towns, cities, Rumi's tomb, Catalhoyuk, Sagalassus, Alacati, Assos, Burdur and a host of others. We ate like sultans, lived in boutique hotels (one of which was in a cave), and were able to purchase gifts lower than the asking price because of Fatma's bargaining skills. She knows wholesale... We used Fatma for our guide in October 2015. She was wonderful and really gave us a splendid tour! She took us through ancient Ephesus and modern Ephesus. We were taken to a wonderful Turkish lunch at a restaurant in the country. She took us through the farmer's market in modern Ephesus. It was all unexpectedly enjoyable! I highly encourage... More

During my recent solo Aegean bus trip, a few days suddenly opened up. I was so very fortunate to have Fatma Acar guide me around Ephesus where she provided a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Fatma seemlessly arranged my hotel, as well as my delivery to & from the bus depot. While in Fatma's care I experienced the famous Turkish hospitality in... More

Because we have been to Ephesus a couple of times recently and our ship was going to Kusadasi again I checked on "Toms Port Guides " what else he recommended to go and see . Tom has been a few times in Turkey also and he recommended Mrs Fatma Acar whole heartedly . So we started emailing and were lucky... More

Although my only option for choosing when we did our tour was 2015, we actually toured with Fatma in September 2013 on our cruise stop in Kusadasi. Her passion for archaeology really came through-- and all along the planning process (which started in the spring of that year) she was a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to book... More

Fatma is an absolute delight to be with. She has an incredible depth of knowledge and loves sharing it with the group. She tailored her agenda to fit the needs of our family. She made it a point to engage our 15yr old grandson and make the trip personal to him and the rest of us. She is very honest... More

I was organizing a group of ten seniors for excursions to Istanbul and Ephesus from a cruise ship. I had worked with Fatma Acar on previous trips to Turkey and knew that she would be exactly the kind of guide my group needed. The setup was easy, a couple of exchanges of email, Fatma provided detailed programs (although I was... More

Our cruise ship had a stop at Kusadasi which would give us a chance to visit Ephesus. An internet web site tomsportguides.com highly recommended Fatma Acar. When I contacted her, she responded quickly and provided a detailed itinerary with a quoted price. Since this was my second time to visit Ephesus, I could see that the itinerary covered the most... Our ship was a little late arriving in Kusadasi because we had picked up some refugees and had to take them to Greece. Nevertheless, Fatma's team was ready to give us our tours. We split into two groups because some of us had already been to Ephesus. My group went to Priene-Milentos-Didyma and Temple of Apollo. What an absolutely wonderful... More

We hired Helliantus Anadolu Tours for a tour of Istanbul, Fatma Acar was prompt with her emails outlining every detail. When we arrived in port MINE GEZEN was waiting for us, what a wonderful young lady, very knowledge and interesting and her english was excellent! There were four of us so we managed to see everything in the one day,... More
