Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The fountains are on the main road into Side old town, you cannot get to close as they are all fenced off due to them being unstable. However tourists can get a good view of the baths from the street and its a great photo opportunity that costs nothing.

As with all historical sites, make sure you at least Google some quick historical facts and then visit with an open mind and a vivid imagination. Otherwise you'll just see a pile of rocks and a partially restored walls .

Side is essentially a pedestrian town and our taxi dropped us off at the bus terminal/car park so you walk down past this impressive piece of architecture.

A nice walk around an ancient monumen, in the city, no fees. There is a road running nearby, so the cars may not make it easy to take nice pictures with it

I was honestly surprised at how much there was to see in Side and all of it was very interesting to me. The Nymphaeum was great to look at and take pictures. As with all the other extremely closeby ruins I definitely recommend visiting Side and spending time outside of the centre walking around looking at this attraction as well as the others!

Jumped on the local bus to see this and was not disappointed. We first thought this was it until we looked further down and saw the Roman road and the Ampitheatre in the distance. When you have walked passed all of this you then entered so small streets littered with shops that finally took you down to the Temple of Apollo
