I booked a trip to Demre & Myra at the Kemer Ginza Travel office with Mehmet and Harun for almost half the price offered by the tour agent in the hotel. I specifically confirmed, that we’d have English speaking guide and I had a fantasting trip with guide Recep.
Recep is very knowledgable, spoke about local and general Turkish history in a very positive and interesting way. We stopped once at the shop side, but he wasn’t pushing anyone to buy anything.
We had a lovely boat trip with half an hour swim, then we had a lunch at local restaurant. I didn’t expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised, there were 3 options of meal and it was very tasty.
Then we visited St. Nicolas museum and at the end we had a trip to an ancient side in Myra. All the time Recep kept us entertained with factual historical facts. If you ever book trip to Demre and Myra and you are English speaking, please ask for Recep!

Make sure you understand what trip you are asking for.
We had an amazing day out today on a small boat trip from Kemer.
We were promised it would be a maximum of 30 people as opposed to the huge pirate ship experience which we didn’t want.
We were not disappointed… there were max 16 of us onboard an immaculate boat trip.
We were collected from our hotel at the given time. The trip was amazing the best I have had in 3 trips to Turkey.
We had 2 stops to swim and were presented with a fabulous lunch of fish and pasta with salad cooked by our captain followed by fruit later on.
Perfect, just what we wanted for a birthday day out for my 13yr old daughter.
Thank you

We enjoyed very much the trip to Demre, Myra and Saint Nicholas Church. Many thanks to Dayvut the best guide you will ever have. He is a wonderful storyteller and a fantastic person with good jokes. The boat trip was great as well. Strongly recommend it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We booked a boat trip in Kemer, Antalya to the 'Turkish Maldives' for a family of 6 people. The boat trip was 45 euro each. Firstly Mehmet, the person we booked with stated that the transfer to this trip would only take 45 minutes, but instead it took nearly 3 hours. Secondly he stated that food would be included, but because we were at the end of the que for food on the boat, everything had run out and we were unable to eat properly for the whole day, they did not cater enough food for everyone on board. Thirdly Mehmet stated that we would go to 3 different spots of the Turkish Maldives, instead we stopped at 1 island, and then went around the side of the cliffs of the same Ireland and then headed back to the beach for transfer home. Fourthly the staff on the boat (particularly a tall blonde middle aged women) was extremely rude to us. When told that there was not enough food for any of us (we were more concerned about my 13 year old sister) she stated "that's not my problem". She continued to be rude to us throughout the day making it so uncomfortable. The drinks on board were very expensive and we were told we were not allowed to drink our own. When I tried to buy a drink, I was told there was no change available. Overall it was a terrible experience for us as a family, and I will confidently say we will never booked with this tour operater again.

It was a waste of time. If you expect to see sunken city as you saw it on pictures-forget it. Actually, there is basically one photo, representing the site, however the boat passed by that part of the sunken city without any stop.
Myra. 30 minutes to see the site.
Lunch. Some scarry building in the middle of nowhere. 30 minutes.
Onix shop, shop selling religious icones - it is also the spots, you will have to visit for at least 30min each.
And, basically, that’s it. And you spend all day for that - hop on hop off tour. Never again.

Don’t book with these ~Pamukkale Hot Air Balloon . We got picked up at 1am in the morning. Before we got picked up the driver was already driving to other hotels. So I don’t know how long he had been driving for. The driver was always on his phone, driving very fast and most people were sleeping as it’s a 4 hour drive. The driver lost control of the bus and we had a bus crash. We were luckily it didn’t tip over. We think he fell asleep while driving or on his phone. We were luckily to still be alive. The windows were smashed and the guide only asked if we were okay. But some people were bleeding and injured and shocked. No emergency services were called nothing!! All the care about is the money not about the welfare of their customers. We got told they were going to drive to a gas station 10 minuets away from where he crashed with the broken bus again everyone shouted at him to drive slowly because there was glass everywhere. It then began to smell like gas and burning so we told him to stop and everyone got off. We the. Waited 3 hours for another bus to come in the freezing cold. We missed our Ballon sunrise the only sunrise we got to see was from the side of the road. No compensation was given instead the guide asked us for more money to pay for extra stuff. We never got asked if we wanted to go back to our hotels or to continue. We had not choice but to continue. The day was ruined. We tryed to enjoy the day but how can you after this terrible ordeal to start with.

06-14 had trip to Pamukkale and it was worst experience I ever had. Guy in the office, at Kemer told me that there will be no stop for shoping, but it was two. One of them lasted 40 min another 20min. More time was wasted going in circles to get in parking spots. Also guy in the office told that I will have 4 hours in Pamukkale indeed I had 3 of which 30 min took basic info from guide. And the worst that could happen is the guide in english. The tour was booked in english, but the guide hade such a bad accent that info she gave 40% was hard and 30% imposible to understand. She gave only basic info, no historical info at all. My girlfriend had to translate some info from russian. In conclusion English guide was the worst of the worst, who made this trip the worst not only for me, but for everyone who was hoping to have tour in english.

My worst boat experience ever, and i've been to many.
First, we were supposed to be picked up an 09:00, but they were 30min late.
Then we were supposed to have 40min transfer from Çamyuva(Kemer) to Adrasan port, but it took 1h40min because they were picking up other tourists on the way.
The boat was very bad, like self-made.
There was supposed to be fish or chicken for lunch, but they were out of fish in few minutes, so for me, as person who does not eat deep fried chicken, there was no food, just some pasta.
There is no changing room, you have to change in the tiny toilet if you dont want to go wet in the bus.
The trip is very nice, and the dive in stops are great, but choose different agency.

Driver constantly on his phone. Complained to the tour company via WhatsApp and via GetYourGuide and they said they had asked him to stop but he never did. I was told that the last phone call was the tour company telling him to stop, well they must have called him 5 times in 10 minutes to tell him to stop if that were true. Even on the return journey the phone calls were constant, he must be some sort of local celebrity! Never seen somebody get so many phone calls in my entire life. What a complete and utter joke.

We booked a tour only cause it was next to our hotel. We wanted quiet boat ride. They promised us to see island with lunch. We were taken by transfer. Then at the boat there was no info whatsoever. Not how long. Not what's the tour program. Not when the food will be. Anyways we didn't see a single island. They took us 6 hours by the same kemer shore. We didn't even leave kemer sealine.the food was fish n vegs. I don't eat fish so there was no options. When we came back there was no transfer back to hotel. Worst experience ever. I do not recommend ginza to anywho

Hallo,

Thank you

I just took a look at the VIATOR site
The tours seem to finish at the end of October which would be in line with the closing of most of the resort area in the Antalya region.
