I'm glad we took a tour to this area as we found it truly fascinating. I couldn't believe the history of the area and would urge all to visit, it will only take an hour and I'll certainly be visiting the British Museum to see...More

A must for every visitor. Amazing to imagine how it was to live in those times. Great views over surrounding area. Small cafe, souvenirs, clean toilets.

Worth a visit if you can go and explore at your own pace. There is soo much to explore than just what you see from the roadside. We were lucky that when we arrived a local man from the area asked if we wanted anything...More

Although it poured with rain we really enjoyed our trip to Xanthous and could not believe we could walk so freely this ancient city. A real historical experience.

Incredibly cheap to walk around the ruins, something like £2 each! Very rough terrain, so unsuitable for old or infirm if you want to actually walk amongst the ruins. Also a good place to venture out to when its not a beach or pool day....More
