Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very disappointed by the rude man in the villa.i only saw one room,I said hello to him he preferred to look me in the eyes with contempt(...)and never reply

I only saw two rooms.i asked where the kitchen of Sebastian was, another man showed me a kitchen behind a paravan super dirty where they were cooking themselves. Coffee, towels, dirty plates were there..
Now I look at the trip advisor photos, there was a bedroom, other spaces...but I went around and around and could not find any other entries or open rooms.
As they are so macho and unpleasant there, you don't know if they keep the doors closed,or what is going on.for two rooms with some Tunisian modern paintings and an empty pool it was not worth it just the orange and olive trees that you can see in so many places without paying...

We walked on the road from the centre of Hammamet to get to this venue, thinking we will not have access all the way if we walked by the sea, but it turned out you can and it is a much better route.

Interesting villa relating to 20s and wartime Churchill use. Could use a little renovation and more information provided although the guide was quite informative. Good to visit if in area.

Fantastic visit here The Cultural Center its free to enter now but guard at the gate ask u to pay for the fresh orange or lemon juice, two tickets issued a few dinar, i fail to understand how some think £1 something is expensive grounds are full of lemon, orange olive (olive oil for sale) and works of Art scattered throughout, modernist art sculpture, roaring dogs made out of scrape machine parts to the fabulous enamel mosaic at the entrance There's a fully working Amphitheater book your tickets in advance to music, plays theatre shows
The Villa itself was at its time full of all mod cons fridge, oven, indoor plumbing hot tub, en suite bathroom, swimming pool etc used by the famous now left in a time forgot you can imagine how it once was theres some beautiful works of art on the walls and scattered around the shelves great features in the doors and doorways, the exquisite louvre windows peering out to some lovely views the guide is a wealth of knowledge well worth a couple of dinar relax and enjoy this cooling and peaceful place and it is possible to book yourselfs one of the shows 😉

To us the villa was an oasis of calm after the hustle and bustle of the taxi ride. Whilst the gardens have seen better days the experience was great.

This is a pleasant place to visit. Has a lot of history and culture. The Villa is well preserved and pleasant to walk around. There is no food in the place and you have to pay 5 Dinar to visit but well worth a visit. Depending on where you stay, if you plan to visit Yasmine Hamammet then take a taxi which is 15 Dinar one way as tour guides bookings will charge more and you really do not need a tour guide. It also has a Colosseum so worth a visit. While you are there take a taki to Kasbah as its close by.

We were pleasantly surprised by how lovely it was and the gardens. The guardian was very knowledgeable and the mint tea we had was lovely.

The house is very interesting, but I loved the garden too. There is a guide for the house and he even brings you a mint tea at the end of the tour, which costs so very little.
