Rustic, charming beach

We actually really enjoyed it here. LONNNNGGG beach, unkempt and very charming with great 180 degree views and just felt like an authentic, relaxed area.

I have stayed in Rawai Beach 3 times now and continue to enjoy it. About 20 km from Phuket town and 15 km from Patong. Rawai has great beaches and wonderful food. No crowds or big bars help to provide a small town feel. Great place to truly relax.

We were overwhelmed with the crowds at Patong beach and were glad to find other quieter beaches around if you're interested in a slower pace. Rawai didn't disappoint and there's still plenty of shops and restaurants around.

Visited Rawai Beach 22nd of March. Nice small beach, with lots of long tail boats. To be really honest not my type of beach, but for some this would great. Also walking distance Rawai fish market.

Rawai beach is a nice and relatively quiet place. Lots of restaurants and bars along the promenade. A nice pleasant view and also a breazy from the sea and shade from the trees. Close to the fish market as well

The cost of taxis within this area appears high, there is several classy massage areas around here where two ladies enjoyed good service. Both Kim's and Sabai were good experiences

great day out, caught a cab from Kata to Rawai, walked along street, grabbed a coffee and watching the sensational view. Hired a long tail and went out to Bon Island, small and private and not many tourists with clear brilliant water. Small restaurant with amazing food. Highly recommend.

Great view of the mountains. Secluded beach great for light sand play and the view but not long day family time. The beach is mostly taken up by the longboats and anchored luxury day boats.

Not a standard beach for swimming and sunbathing, this is a fisherman's beach worth a visit. Lots of restaurants and markets, wonderful at sunset.
