Was really nice. The animals seemed to be under good treatment and none looked to have suffered any abuse. Yeah it is kind of mass tourism, but for thailand conditions it looks really good. They even have volunteer programms for zookeepers from other countries. There...More

Zoo safari is great. We visited in low season, so we had no waiting anywhere and animals were very atractive. It is nice to have so big area for them. Only birds and monkeys would deserve bigger space.

This place seems to really care about its animals. It might not have been that way before the volunteer program but now it seems that they are well taken care of. The tigers and leopards are sweet and the elephants too. They need more visitors...More

This zoo really cares about their animals. When the zoo first opened it was a terrible place, typical Thai zoo. But with the help of the volunteers this place is learning more and more about correct animal welfare all the time. The best parts of...More

Hi, I was there with my family in Feb and didn't witness any of the concerns you have above. We had a great few hours there, kids loved it and the animals looked healthy and loved.
