This is a collection of artist working studios and displays (for sale), set out in traditional Thai "rais" and a lush tropical garden. There is no entrance fee - there is a small donation collection box just after the cafe and contributions are optional (we made a small donation in appreciation of the time we enjoyed there). Opening hours are... More

Very pretty small village of artists to visit. Thailand artists are also discovered but also foreign artists: painting, sculpture, antiquities, crafts ... On the other hand, pay attention to sometimes excessive tariffs and not always logical. Do not buy anything without the price being written on the object and negotiate well.

Situated about five kilometres from town this is a good place to visit. Whilst there are artists shops in town here you can see the many different types of art under one roof. You are under no pressure to buy and there is a very nice cafe where you can enjoy a drink looking out on the lake.

This is a nice place to visit both for the art and for the atmosphere. We enjoyed watching som of the artists work in their studios as well as checking out the artwork in all the galleries. The cafe is worth a visit as well.

We almost did not visit. The art centre is there but looks very small. Once inside it is extensive with many galleries. They have a great diversity of art and the artists were pleased to discuss their work and how they designed and created their pieces.

Expected to see a lot more artists than were actually there, didn't see anything different than what you see in local shops. May try again another time, we may have been visiting in wrong season

Nice location and some great art, free entry and for a littl mony the kids get to paint too. Some of the art can be expensive but it is real quality and not touristy tat.
