We visited this temple with a couple of Thai and a French friend who live locally. One of our friends drove so not really sure what it would cost to get a taxi here but it is a good 25 minutes from the beach area...More

Visiting Huay Mongkol temple is one of our planned activities in Hua Hin. We felt so lucky to be here. We bought some small Buddha status. Highly recommend this temple.

This place is amazing and is over a large area. I would recommend feeding the fish. They do not look like there are there until you put some bread and all these fish appear. The sculpture is amazing it looks like it is watching you.

Great place and well worth a visit. Also good for the kids with a nice lake with plenty of fish to feed. Close to Hua Hin city centre.

We visited the Temple this year to repeat last years visit and this time remember to bring our camera with. This once again was an awe inspiring visit and a feeling of peace once you leave.

This temple has to be seen to be believed. It's built in respect to the Monk who became famous for breaking a big drought. There are some strange offerings and practices which open your mind to different kinds of Buddhist followings. Well worth the drive...More
