WELCOME ! Glad to have you with us. We’re always welcome here,so do come often. Happy Snapper has kicked off again for the 2012 season with lots of bands, lots of people and lots of fun.Happy Snapper was established since 2002 by bass maniac Pitak Srisang, a member of top Thai bands Olarn Project and The Sun, and a regular session man in Bangkok’s recording studios. Now he performs nightly with house band The Snapper Brothers who play tracks from Miles Davis to Metallica, from Jamaica to Asia; groove and funk.We are located in beautiful Khao Lak, on Thailand’s unspoilt Andaman coast, and offer the most exciting night life in the area.We have live music from Monday to Saturday and on Sunday you can chill out with our in-house DJ. Every Wednesday night it is your turn to join our bands on stage for the weekly jam session. We look forward to seeing you.

Chill bar

The drinks are a little expensive (most 180-200 baht), but it's a chill atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, and the live band is good.

A great bar with excellent service and some of the best live music around. The bartenders are friendly, well trained and professional. I visit every time I go to Khao Lak and have never been disappointed. Thanks to everyone at the Snapper!

We visited the Happy Snapper a number of times during out holiday.... the friendly staff and the atmosphere as well as the good music kept us going back. It is a quirky, trendy, modern little place tucked away on the main road. It is only open in the evenings for food, drinks and live music. The same girls are working... More

We came for a drink after our evening meal and the live music was amazing! Lovely and chilled vibe, cocktails good but the staff weren't particularly friendly.

Visited here on an evening after reading about it and from a recommendation from family who had been on a previous holiday. Great bar with outdoor seating and a live guitarist at the front and ample seating plus a live band every night inside. Friendly staff, a HUGE cocktail menu and a decent food menu, a mix of basic Thai... More

Visited Happy Snapper on two occasions while in Khao Lak. Great live music, very very friendly staff that are happy to sit down and chat when there not to busy. Not the cheapest but the best cocktails we found and open when most places have closed if your up for a couple of drinks after dinner.

This bar is the place to go in Khao Lak - the staff are lovely, the drinks are reasonable and the house band are fantastic! We spent most of our evenings in this bar and it made our holiday. The band play a variety of music. They were always happy to play requests. The singers are great :-) Some nights... More
