It's more fun for kids, kids are above 2 years old are good to go. It's a open area, wind blows heavy. There are two areas. One is for visiting then other side is like theme park.

A fun day out for all ages. Easy access by car from Taipei, Taoyuan etc. Water park section wasn't open but all other rides were. Queues were 20mins for most rides on a national holiday Saturday. Would return with a picnic next time. Drinks and food prices reasonable. Our 4yo had a great time.

It's pretty old and the mini theme park fit Taiwanese and local young kids more. It is also not so enjoyable travelling in hot days. Overseas young kids may not appreciate this theme park.

As others alluded to, this theme park is catered for children, tweens or younger. The novelty factor is the miniature exhibits, similar to those you find in Legoland. Being based in Taiwan, you get to see (& read about) all the local attractions in one spot. :) Crowd was sparse as it was raining. Part of the park was closed... More

Getting there is epic. We caught a bus from Taipei (the 5350) which stops for a few minutes at Long Tan (I think that was it). While there we went into the ticket office and paid for our bus tickets and also bought park entry tickets (apparently at a discount, because we were foreigners). The miniatures are top class! We... Window on China Theme Park is a great place to have fun with child and elder. Everything in the Theme Park is smaller, such as many famous building in the world. When you walk in the park, you will see Presidential Palace of Taiwan, Forbidden City of China, Leaning Tower of Pisa, and so on. You can’t go there without... More

Visited Windows on China with a friend who brought along his young son. As a mid 20's adult, this place wasn't really something that interested me, but, I still had an overall great time. If you're bringing along kids with you, this is probably the best place to bring them. Nice small rides that should't be that frightening for them,... More

As far as theme parks go, the main thing adults will get out of this is seeing kids play. There's a plethora of rides on offer (but only a few you can take infants on, a boat ride, a carousel and the bumper cars (if you dare). For adults, there's pretty much only the water-drop roller coaster, nothing new, but... More

This is our second visit to Windows on China since about 30 years ago. The attraction is massive and one can spend the entire day strolling through it. There are rides similar to Disneyland. I have enjoyed this place much better than Hong Kong Disneyland. It is far less crowded and kids have more opportunities to get on rides. I... More

Came here with 2 kids aged 9 and 5. Nice strolling to admire the miniature buildings in the cooling weather. Not many people when we visited on a Tuesday. We enjoyed the mini train ride and the place with many rides (indoor and outdoor). Rides are a bit old but serve their purposes. Should not expect Disneyland kind of standards.... More
