This is the largest Buddhist monastery in Taiwan, with nice scenery for taking photos. Not all sections were open to the public.

This place is very beautiful, and full of vibration and bliss. It is serenely clam & quiet. The staff is very friendly and warm. There are several vegetarian restaurants and the food is very pleasantly delightful. I can be a vegetarian any time if that's what I eat everyday. It's one of the best spiritual places in Taiwan while still... More

This is a place whereby I'll visit every time I step my foot onto Taiwan. It's a very serene place to just have a walk around. Do your prayer. Copy some scripts... Or eat their vegetarian lunch. It might be a little too capitalist in recent years but I still find it a nice place to visit.
