This really is a great beach, one of the best on the island, a fantastic place to camp or hire one of the caravans there.

A nice day out in the beach. Lots of people playing beach volleyball. One can spend an afternoon enjoying coffee and the ocean

It's a very long beach with very gentle slope; you can walk pretty far towards the sea. The water is clear and has very beautiful blue color. The nearby hill offers a (short) trail and a fantastic view, both towards the sea and Mt. Halla.

Nice small beach. Clear water. We had sunny day so the beach and water together was very beautiful. Have a walk there it improves your day.

we stayed at Black sands area and walked by Oll trail 18-19 to this beach. beach looks nice although water is cold and of course could not enjoy it fully. lots of restaurants around obviously overpriced for coming tourists.

We visited on a particularly windy day which made it unfit for swimming. However, the landscape itself was great to look at, especially the black volcanic rock contrasting with the white sand and turquoise waters. I'm sure this beach would be stunning in better weather.

I go here every day to walk up the steep hill to the right of the beach for exercise. It's the start of the No. 19 Olle Trail. I usually always see bride and grooms having their photos taken on the beach and in the...More
