As a benefit to the Tunnel to Towers organization we climbed the 42 floors to the observation deck Gorgeous views!!!

This building is located in the Empire State Plaza a must stop when visiting Albany.It is next to the State Museum You can miles from the enclosed observation deck. The best thing its free.

The only way to access the Corning Tower Observation Deck is by elevator. The stairs are only meant for emergency purposes. The Observation Deck is open M-F from 10AM - 3:45PM. Visit ogs.ny.gov for more info or contact the... More
