Old buildings, parking poor, question whether it is safe to walk around in the evening, not a highlight of any city

Interesting street. Interesting indeed. Comparison to Greenwich Village is asinine. Cool shops and restaurants abound. Interesting.

Just had time to pass by a couple of times on quick visits to Albany, but plan on actually walking around in the future. I hear there are great restaurants in the area. Looks like it would be great!

This is an exciting part of Albany and great for late night fun. It has many bars and nightclubs throughout the area, but also be aware that there are some bad sections and things can get out of control very easily. Be Careful.

Lark street has a lot of cool little shops and eateries that are fun. Parking isn't always the easiest as something to be aware of.

Lark Street crosses a very nice neighborhood filled with beautiful houses, which date to the nineteenth century. It is lined with shops, but more importantly with interesting, casual dining places. We chose TapAsia and were delighted with our meal.
