Great people and tons of brochures, maps, information. But come early, open 9-4 Monday through Friday and 10-3 on weekends.

Thank you David! Yes, we have a staffed information center, an exhibit on the history of the City of Albany, a gift shop, planetarium and more. Open 9-4 M-F (9-3 Dec-Mar); 10-3 Sat; 11-3 Sun.

I lived in Albany for 28 years and never visited this place until last summer. Includes a very nice history museum of the city's early settlers, a quiet courtyard and a gift shop.

We stopped for a very brief visit at the end of the day. There is some local tourist information, a very small gift shop, and a nice exhibit about the history of Albany. You won't need long to see it all. Disappointed in the staff...More

Very glad we stopped in here! There's a history of Albany exhibit, a section focused on the USS Albany, a gift shop, and a garden area. The staff helped us know more about the area and gave very helpful recommendations!
