We were in the area for lacrosse and went to this mall....all I can say is WOW. This mall has everything and anything you are looking for. Was miles long. Told my husband we should drive up 4 hours to Christmas shop! It would be so worth it!

Love this mall for the numerous selection of stores and department stores. They have great restaurants but lousy choices at the food court. The movie theater can use a facelift but overall a good mall.

There are lots and lots of stores and eating places. And it's very convenient. But, for me, it just seemed a bit overwhelming because I'm not that comfortable in large crowds.

My husband and I have been visiting the Crossgates Mall for the last 7 years. The mall has undergone some renovations, so it feels more spacious, clean, and safe. We go there specifically for the Apple Store. Experiences here have always been favorable. Technicians are knowledgable. Additionally, this location's turn around time for repairs is excellent. Today, we visited because... More

This is a nice mall, and it is not too crowded and have many good stores. It has anchor stores such as Macy's, JC Penny, and Lord & Taylor. Dave & Busters is also there.

One of our French colleagues was never in the US before, and has never been to a mall. She was astounded, as we all were at the sheer size of this mall. Multiple levels and stores that also occupied multiple levels. There are many restaurants to choose from to suit you palate, there is even a Dave & Busters inside... More

Raised in California, malls were always great. New England however, is lacking in good malls. This mall is it. It always seems like there are no empty store fronts. Good verity of stores. Good food options. Still have the annoying booth operators but all part of the mall experience. I usually drive 90 min to go here in the cold... More
