Best place to enjoy a sunset on Mahé.

The sunset was stunning. Make sure to bring your camera. If you are a fan of big waves, put on your board shorts and jump in the water but stay near the shore.

This is a beatiful long sandy beach. At one end a large resort, and the other end large rocks and boulders. Lots of visitors come from the nearby resort. There is a reasonable large parking area for the day guests. There is a small bar there run by the resort, I gathered. But it wasn't open when we were there.... More

Amazingly bright white coral beach! Waves are not to big just lovely. Snorkelling is fine along the south end near the big boulders.

Best suited for surfing and the thrill of big waves. To drive there, navigate to Banyan Tree Resort, and take a left at the last fork, you will find free parking for cars. We loved the big waves, and clean beach. Perfect for swimming (might be a little risky for kids). A must-visit in Seychelles, and well worth the 45... More

Visited the beach along with our one year old son. The beach was amazing. However, due to high tide on particular day, we couldn't enjoy much in the water.

This is a nice beach. There you go, an easy review. Then again, this is the Seychelles, and most beaches are very nice. As with most beaches on Mahe, there are limited places to ditch your car, and if you don't know where to go it can be a little daunting to drive past. Weekends are busy, as the locals... More

This beach offers all you could wish for for long sandy white tranquility. Be aware that swimming and snorkeling are not so good as strong currents do exist, especially at certain times of the year.

What a stunning beach! So peaceful, deserted and beautiful. Perfect strand of white soft sand against turquoise Indian Ocean. I find it better than the famous Anse Source D'argent in La Digue

This beach was well worth the drive from the northern part of the island and perhaps one of the nicest on Mahe in my opinion. It is much nicer than Beau Vallon beach. The waves are strong and swimming further from shore is not recommended. The sand has a very slight pinkish hue. Some large boulders on one side of... More
