This church has the mosaic of the basket of loaves and the two fishes near the altar. Also, a mosaic of the Nilometer, and a crusader baptistry before entering the site from the parking area. Well worth a visit.

The Church of the Multiplication of the Fishes and Loaves. A good storyteller will put you right into the scene. Very peaceful on beautiful grounds. The monastery is relatively modern but the atmosphere tingles the spirit.
