The area is riddled with the burial places of great rabbis and scholars from ancient times. The pinnacle of the forest has a nature center and historical (early 20th century) outpost with lectures and activities for all ages.

It is shaded and exciting place. I used it for running when I stayed in a local guest house. I will definitely be back.

We were the only visitors there at the time. The area was nicely maintained. We stopped at the Fort and climbed to the top. The view was lovely. The air was wonderful.
