With a crypt below this church you'll certainly discover what is special here. Reminds me of Jerusalem aged holy places really. Slightly out of the way yet not to be missed.

The church is built on a church that is allegedly built upon Joseph's carpentry work shop, be that as it may, we decided to believe that it could be true. The church is beautiful and the the underground excavations and exhibit is very nicely done. Definitely recommended if you find yourself in Nazareth.

While you are visiting the Basilic of the Annunciation, you can also visit this small and humble church, where you can find old ruins of an ancient church of the Crusades.

another lovely church built where someone holy lived, in theory. It was a nice church, full of shrines to the foster father of Jesus.

It is a very nice Franciscan Roman Catholic church in the Old City of Nazareth which is in the shadow of the Church of Annunciation. It is not an old structure but it was built on top of much older churches. It was built right before the 1st World War. According to the tradition Jesus lived and grew up in... More

To see it as it's next to the Church of Annunciation. Otherwise it wouldn't be so interesting. Very nice crypt.

About 200 m from Church of Annunciation, is this church from around 100 years old. It`s a worship place because it`s supposed that in the lower level is the house of Joseph.

It's really nice to see all the tunnels under the church. I hope they will make a tour under ground. A nice small church just at the same area as the church of the announcement.

Lovely afternoon out with the kids. There were many people enjoying the architect of the church and design. It was peaceful and spiritual- definitely worth your time to visit.

This is inside the compound of the Church of Annunciation (to the left) and offers beautiful architecture and plenty of historical landmarks and stories.
