Tel Aviv and Jaffa Highlights Private Tour

1 review
See Tel Aviv highlights, from the ancient streets of Jaffa Port to Rothschild Boulevard’s Bauhaus minimalism, on a half-day, private tour that’s a personalized introduction to Israel’s vibrant capital. Traveling with a private driver-guide means you can cover more ground while still exploring at your own pace, and included transport whisks you straight to the sites from your Tel Aviv hotel.

The courtyard welcomes you with its tranquil greenery, and the decorations inside are intricate yet not too complex. The names of major prophets are written on the corners of the two mosque domes: Muhammad, Jesus, Moses, Abraham, Noah, etc. What is unique is there are two prayer niches (mihrabs), one on the right half and one on the left half of the mosque.

This is a very old mosque built first in 1730 , in the Ottoman period , renovated completely In 1810 , and a few times later . The third most important mosque in Israel after the Ala’ksa mosque in Jerusalem and cave of patriarchs in Hebron . Big central hall , big yard , a very important library with hand written holy books . Guided tour that needs pre coordination , recommended .
