Make sure you see the movie to explain the history and significance. Then the boat will be that much more amazing. 2000 years old!

In 1986 an excavation for the Israel Department of Antiquities and Museums found a 2,000-year-old boat that had been buried in the Sea of Galilee’s clay bottom.

Especially for Christians this is powerful. The presence of God was so strong. Great crew. Felt safe. In total it would be about one hour in.length. highlight of my trip so far.

it's hard to imagine the exposer of the wooden boat found in the Sea of Galilee. The boat has been authenticated to be real.

I think to see a real boat from 2000 years ago is really great. It is better than just seeing a picture of what some one thinks it would of looked like.
