Hi, its best if you go early in the morning or afternoon. The place get crowded by 5pm and on weekends many shops start shutting down so by the time you go from one floor to another many shops will have shut down.

Base on google map the distance via car is 3-5km. Having just went there I believe the cab ride could be 30mins... I stayed at Hilton which is about 1km++ away. So it was very near and took me less than 10 mins to reach... More
