Very beautiful sights. It is a bit of a trek to get down to it, a lot of steps involved. Getting back up also puffs you out, but it can be done in thongs (flip flops)! Lots of people swimming in the waterfall, it's also great that you can climb to the top (it does cost you 10,000rp, so make... More

Nice place to walk but i wouldn't swim or get wet there. Signs of human civilization is everywhere (rubbish dumped everywhere). Lots of tourist shops outside. But need to climb stairs up and down to reach the waterfall.

A mighty waterfall, worth at least an hour of your time if you can't spare more! You gotta climb down a steep flight of stairs and then walk towards the waterfall, there's also a way to climb up by the side of the waterfall, and the view is amazing from each of the places. A must see!

After seeing gorgeous waterfalls off the beaten path on our trip, this waterfall was a letdown. It was overrun with tourists and you are charged to get in. There's trash littered about, even a "Christmas Tree" of plastic bottles. Shop owners bombard you on your way in. I would not suggest.

Went in wet season so plenty of water gushing down. Wasn't too busy. Bought a Bintang towel for Rp.40,000. Reef shoes are a good idea if you want to wade in as it is rocky. The cafe at the top has amazing views of the falls. Try the springs at the bottom as well. Very cooling

If you are visiting now in January expect an exciting experience. The volume of water and the rate of flow is pretty well up there. Nice views from the drop off point but better to walk all the way down and maybe swim. Pretty steep steps but I'm rather old but still made it back up no problem.

Pack your walking shoes, towel and water the steps are steep going down and take forever coming up! Paid just for our driver to park $2 mark maybe took us just over an hour to walk down swim for a while and come back up. Current was strong when we went had lots of rain night before we went so... Nice waterfall - take your bathers. Be prepared for steps. Worthwhile to pay to walk up stairs next to waterfall and see falls from different perspective.
