This takes a bit of a walk down several steep stairs, but it is so worth it when you reach the waterfall. Beautiful views, refreshing water to cool off in

We swam in the bottom part, amazing experience, and highly recommended! Just be aware top of the waterfall is another village and the bottom is another, so you have to pay 10k on each, but I recommend the bottom part as you can swim there, the water is cold and not the cleanest BUT, it is a very enjoyable experience,... I believe there are other quieter waterfalls to visit. Found this place a tad too touristy. Filled with tourists (read: not travellers). Maybe it was just a wrong day (was a weekday, though). Go elsewhere to find peace!

This waterfall was a refreshing little trip from the town of Ubud. My friends and I rented some motorbikes and headed out there one afternoon. It was crazy busy with tourists, but we still managed to really enjoy swimming under the waterfall and cooling down in the afternoon heat. They charge you to climb up the side of the waterfall... Neat waterfall. Wish I brought my swim trunks to get the water. There are a fair number of steps and they are moderately steep so be ready for some decent physical activity.

What a beautiful place to visit. The waterfall is pretty big and you can swim in the pools. Just be prepared to climb 170+ stairs to get there! But worth it
