The waterfall was in full flow on the day I went there so was pretty spectacular. As with most attractions in Bali, Occ Health and Safety are pretty much non-existant so you need to be fit enough to manage the 165 steps down and up...More

The waterfall was inside a thick forest cover and it was a beautiful sight. There were steps down to the river to have a closer look

Beautiful big sham we couldn't swim there, the water wasn't clean, many restaurants and they shouldn't charge to see a waterfall

Well, all Bali is touristy so don't complain. The point here is to see a little bit of jungle, river and waterfall. Though not very tall and big, this waterfall is something to take some pictures especially when touring around Ubud. But watch the stairway...More

Not much to do since the water was so high and brown because of the rain. There was another fee if you would like to go to the top of the waterfall. I'd like to take a picture with the swing and the waterfall as...More

Beautiful waterfalls ,love the bridge, a bit narrow for crowded tours. 200 stairs down.... and up. I noticed a few people not in shape struggling with going up the stairs ,one almost fainted. Nice picture opportunity.

Personally from a country with lots of waterfalls as well, I wouldn’t class this as a tourist attraction to see. There are heaps of market stalls at the top and is a long way down the stairs to get to the bottom of the waterfall...More

A taxi from Padang bai port to seminyak costed us IDR 200,000 after bargaining, I.e. for around 56-60 km. So Legian to the waterfall would cost around half of that. Alternatively, you could call for a Blue Bird taxi which... More

I was at the waterfall from about 3.30 to five & found it a good time. I think closing time is 7pm. My personal suggestion would be to do the Monkey Forest early in the morning before it gets packed & hot. If you do head out... More
