Google what time is sunrise then make sure you are there 10 mins before!! We arrived around 0600. No one was there and we didn't have to pay anyone ANYTHING to walk around. Normally you have to pay to get close and take a picture....More

This is an easy jaunt outside of Ubud and really beautiful. My recommendation if you go is to go very early, at sunrise, to avoid both crowds and vendors/locals approaching you to buy things. It appears that it becomes highly commercialized and tourist soaked later...More

There was a lot to do here including zip-lining and a giant swing. The fields are beautiful. It is pretty steep to try walking down the terraces

trust me this is good, come early around 830 its the best time and bit quite and freely take photos until goes down to rice paddies, take around some rupiah to go inside but its still great, my kids love it since they never walk...More

it is better you hire a private driver to bring you anywhere in the day. Uber, Grab and even bluebird are prohibited in most of the places in Bali now.
