The Sanur Beach Promenade is lined with brightly painted outrigger boats along the water's edge, and good restaurants and cafes opposite. Treat yourself to a massage offered by one of the many masseuses with divans on the sand. If you're there in July, catch the Bali Kite Festival, a colorful international competition.

Access to this beach is difficult to find from the street. Just follow any sign to a restaurant on the beach. From there follow the paved pat to the left or right and find a place to enjoy!

Lovely beach very close to Markets and beach side Restaurants. Just check for Tide times to ensure you get high tide for a great swim and water sports. At low tide though its quite good for a bit of snorkelling.

Expected the beach to be deeper and with more choice to sunbathe. A lot of the beachfront is taken up by hotels so you can either not sunbathe there or there is a high cost. Found parts of the beach dirty with washed up seaweed...More

The beaches on Bali's East coast are blessed with white sand and Sanur, home to an extensive ex-pat community, is cleaner and better kept than most.

Not the experience you're looking for. There is a lot of litter and it's hard to avoid trash in the water.

Visited Sanur for first time in a couple of years and pleased to find it still has a relaxed ambience. So many more restaurants and beach lounges for relaxing without the hassle. A great place for families with children as the beachfront path is ideal...More

Much quieter than the west coast of Bali, i.e. Kuta - Legian. It has a cycle path all along the beach - lots of fun - but beware of European tourists - who walk on the wrong side.

Hi, there are jet skis to hire on Sanur beach for sure, great fun. I didn't see any snorkeling or paddle boarding on my last visit. Most hotels have their own beach lounges and umbrellas.
