(Seriously) over-crowded, over-commercialized, poorly managed, unkempt/dirty, middle-aged men playing in the water in their VIPs, smelly...avoidable. Not even recommended by the hotel management in all honesty.

This has been one of the most perfect destination over the last so many years. It has good facilities and best during June month

The waterfall in it self is pretty. But the surroundings are very tourist imprinted since there are shops everywhere even right by the waterfall, so it is difficult to see the beauty and the full view of the waterfall.

Nothing great about this fall anymore. Commercial outlets, excessive tourist footfall has killed it.

With the ropeway, now it is very easy to approach. My suggestion you must take a dip in water. Once in you it is not as chilly as it seems from outside. And now there are locker and change rooms available at very reasonable prices.

As I am from North-east India, the place could not surprise me anything. Most of the place is artificial. For nature lovers, one should come to Cherrapunjee-Meghalaya which have much better water falls than the Kempty.

Its a good place to visit take photographs and take a good bath in the pristine and clear water of the falls that come directly from the mountains.

Visited this place after a almost 20 years and was too disappointed to see the level of commercial construction around the fall, they have literally covered the whole place with shops and establishment's. Still a must visit place once
