I attended Sunday morning 8 AM services and witnessed 30 girls/women resplendent in blazers (whose badges indicated their commitment to 'Purity') along with at least 60 local churchgoers. I believe I was... More

This church is situated above the centre of town, on the Mysore road. It is pale yellow in colour & looks a picture from the front. It is one of the oldest in the Nilgiris region. It dates back to the 1829. It was initially built exclusively for the British. The church is still in use, but sadly the graveyard... More

Built in 1830, still in perfect shape. Occupies key location on main road, so hard to miss. Nicely decorated, understated style. Feels friendly. 15 minutes to visit.
