You will find a huge lake at this place. the depth of water is more than 100 ft. Boating facility is available. one should visit only in peak season otherwise you will not find any people in the surrounding.

Nice time out in a boat round the lake, followed by the most delicious cup of chai. So I need to add more words to make this work, well here they are!

It was Saturday evening. Place was quiet and nicely clean. Water was very high. Good for boating and nice time pass for some time. Overall worth visiting.

Been to Siliserh Lake four times in the past... and each time, I wanted to visit Jaisamand Lake too but could not find the route... but this time, we were in luck. A broken narrow village road leads to this hidden beauty about 5 km from highway... the lake is huge, and has more water than Siliserh lake...though no boating... More

This lake is a large artificial lake situated around 50kms from udaipur. There is an island resort at the centre of the lake which can be accessed by boats. Non vegetarians pls note this.. There is a small hut like restaurant on its banks where we can get tasty, awesome fried fish.

The lake is surrounded by low lying hills and mountains and looks very scenic especially in the evening when we had been there. There is facility of boating at the lake. The infrastructure for tourists arriving... More

Asia's biggest man made lake is fortunately overflowing after 10 years. The vast water body amidst mountains and spotted with islands and villeges is a marvel of architecture. Hawa Mahal and Roothi Rani Mahal are other attractions on the lake.
