Once you reach Jaisalmer you'll see endless haveli's. Every hotel, house etc is built using same stone and designed in similar way.

You do not need ot go inside there is nothing worth seeing other than typical tourist stall and poorly maintained interiors.

This is one of the smaller haveli's and a part of it is still occupied. The guide that took us around described the history well and explained things in detail.We were also taken to a room where things were being sold but were not pressurised...More

Salim Singh was a villain. If you have a guided tour, you will know all about him. The whole colony outside jaisalmer fort is beautiful and keep walking to find this structure. Come here if you have extra time.

This hawali is historical and the salam singh haweli have different stories like adult story and some people say other stories like all rumors.

The palatial house was built for Salim Singh, prime minister of Jaisalmer, over 300 years back. The exquisitely carved arch roof is in the shape of a peacock. People still live here.
