Not worth visiting this place waste of time. Cleanliness zero. And maintenance zero. Lake is very bad.

This is a good place to go & spend some time with friends & family. It is a scenic beauty in itself. If you are at this place & the weather is good it turns out to be a great experience.

A palace away from the noisy cities, all you hear are birds chirping and spalshes of water as the boatsman splashes oars into the water. The best time to visit this place would be in the morning as the sun rays fall on the palace which gives a beautiful reflection in the lake. I took a boat ride which costed... More

I have stayed here couple of times during winter and mostly in suits upstairs right corner. Watching bird from window in adjacent lake , listening musical voice of parrots in courtyards and peacocks in huge gardens feel so close to nature.

I wonder why some of the readers think that it does not take a dime to maintain such grand palaces. I wonder why folks would assume that good things should come for free. Yes, there is an entrance fee and a separate charge for boat ride and then yet another fee to hire a vehicle for a jungle trip. But... More

this is a lake situated very near to Jaisalmer city and it gets completely dried up in summer if rains are less. it has good infrastructure for boating, photo opportunity, it has crumbling stone structure in the middle of the lake, beautiful site, even in afternoon 2pm , we enjoyed outing here and took photos in traditional rajasthani dresses
