On reaching Chandni chowk from Kothrud, Pashan or Katraj, ascend the road & take immediate very 1st left turn for NDA road thru Garden court. Straight road of 5 km leads to NDA trishakti gate. Tips: 1. You will see NDA security guard on your left upon ascending road from Chandni chowk 2. It is the left side road between Pune Mumbai bypass road & Mulshi road 3. If you are in doubt ask at the Chandni chowk itself, don't proceed on Mulshi road from Chandni chowk. I repeat don't proceed on Mulshi road. 1. NDA Tour is free 2. Timing 10.30 am to 1 pm 3. NDA arranges bus & guide for tour 4. Photography: It is permitted 5. Free parking for 2 & 4 wheeler at NDA Trishakti gate 6. There is drinking water & wash room facility; a) At reception b) Also at the tour itinerary places 7. Getting prior sanction process briefed for you below: a) Email id of NDA is mentioned in clause no. 1. Photography is permitted in the entrance hall of museum. d) Sudan block (the main attraction of NDA tour). It is that building image appearing in our mind when we think of NDA or in newspaper article or magazine article. It is the most photogenic spot of NDA tour. e) Finally cadet mess hall. Here also you are allowed to take photos. Above was the itinerary we were taken to during our visit. NDA campus is scenic green, with eye pleasing neat & clean environment. I have taken photos of above places & tagged accordingly for ease of understanding. Please see it. Most of the citizens are unaware of this NDA tour on Sundays. I was also unaware. I found it on NDA website. NB: a) Inside NDA campus, there is a public resident place too. At one junction small super market with variety of shops & small restaurants are located. Bus didn't stopped here during our tour. b) Check with the NDA coordinator officer, if he allows your car for entering the premises of NDA for tour instead of NDA bus. c) NDA staff as well as ex staff are visiting NDA in their car after completing required formalities. Felt happy on NDA tour as it provided an insight on NDA training course as well as first opportunity to see NDA personally. You will also feel happy. All the best,
