Fort Aguada is an Old Portugese Fort. Presents a breathtaking view of the sea and the surrounding area from the ramparts of the fort. The Fort itself is pretty unimpressive, mostly a vast courtyard. The one big attraction is the big white lighthouse (but you cant go on top of this though). Good to visit to get a feel of... More

We went there at 6 in the morning and trust me it was marvelous! Virtually no crowd, calm breeze and the lovely sea makes you come back for more. We did not have much time to explore the beach but the fort extension on the beach had a great view.

The Fort Aguada Beach, right next to the fort is a small but pretty beach, offering awesome views of the Arabian Sea. The beach has excellent facilities for water sports, and has some nice shacks where one can enjoy awesome seafood. Must say though,if you have visited the white sand beaches of Varca, Benaulim and Cavelossim , then you will... More

Very interesting, stunning views and amazing structure. There is s lighthouse too. There are stalls selling water Drinks and snacks at the entrance which is handy to know as we carried water and there was no need. A educational model that explains things for the kids too. Worth a trip if you have a few hours to use.
