Its just by road place to visit. An landmark of diu which is carved with priest, angels, lions and all. Its come just on the way.

You don't need to stop here to see this thing. It is the gate of diu city where the Portuguese made a boundary wall around the city. You'll get to see this while on your way inside the city.

The gateway is on the shore of arabian sea. Once you enter inside beautiful view of sea and sunset can be seen. There are few temples inside to move around until the time of sunset. Good place to visit this gateway. You will enjoy art and architecture of this lovely gateway which has the carvings of the lions, angels and also a priest.

Well, after reading high praises of it on this platform, we decided to give it a go and once we reached there, we found nothing "that incredible" as we had read it and imagined. Good architecture..its' the entry to the old town. Visit in the evening, and walk in the small lanes to experience some old world charm..good for pics too!

This gateway is entrance to the residential colonies inside Diu. Its a wall build across the road. Just one snap and you will be done with this place. Not much to see. Not preferred as a single destination. You can cover it up on your way to Nagoa beach.
