Take a walk around the garden in winters. Beautiful sit down and see the roses around you. Avoid the highly rated Rose Festival - too much of noise and crowd.

The biggest and beautiful asset of city beautiful as is chandigarh called. Thousands of varieties of roses and other flowers ,makes it a beautiful place, in the heart of the town./ It has turned out to be the greener base of the city

We were there in October, when the rose cuttings had probably just been planted. But the garden is large and eextensive and there is plenty of room to just wander around and relax.
