A stunningly peaceful and beautifully laid out rose garden , even in winter there were still roses in bloom and the place was empty , surprisingly clean for a public space in India - well worth a visit.

visit only in february in february there is rose festival.if you want to see real roses. If you visit in amy other month you wont see any rose.

yes there is no restriction for photography inside the rose garden but plucking of flowers or littering is not allowed
