Well if you want to visit it plan in February because this is the month of rose festival and you see this at its best. All roses bloomed and greenery all along. Good food stalls and handicrafts for you, in case you are interested.

The Rose garden is not a new kind of place. It looks good when the roses are in full bloom but in off season, it's any regular garden. It's not worth specially visiting if you don't want to just sit and relax in a garden.

This lovely garden makes for a perfect late afternoon stroll. It offers a lot of roses of all kinds and colours, plus some other flowers. There's nothing "luxurious" about the garden, though - it's a simple, yet well maintained, garden, period.
