If one loves flowers particularly roses, it’s a must visit place in Chandigarh with over 400 varieties of roses. A beautifully maintained garden is an excellent place for picnic in winters.

We visited in November when the rose hedges were pruned, hence we were unable to see any roses. The lawn was well kept and the crowd wasn't much. A nice park .

yes there is no restriction for photography inside the rose garden but plucking of flowers or littering is not allowed
