Salar jung museum is a OK place to visit as a tourist...It is very hot, no air conditioners, too much suffocation and bad ventilated place. The securities don't allow outside food items into the museum, therefore I would highly suggest you to carry some money to buy food items, water bottles, inside the premises. There is a pretty famous musical clock which... This musuem boast of historical preserves right from important milestones of mughal empire to their culture, weapons etc. Quite a big musuem which will take around 2 - 3 hrs to complete. Biggest attraction is the musical clock which itself is a marvellous creation given the state of technology in mughal times. You have food joints inside with limited seating... More
