We travelled here via Uber from our resort just a short drive away. Tickets were good value and included soft drinks and snacks from the dedicated food court area. The water park was clean, well staffed and lots of fun. I’d recommend it for couples and families with children of all ages!

The rooms are clean and satisfied with the overall time keeping of the cleaning. I love the breakfast, the dinner needs a little flavor in it . The wifi is pretty bad, I haven't been able to connect for two days can't connect with my family, the pools are large and can sometimes be crowded in the evening, the aqua park has one of the largest water slides I have ever seen and the safety precautions measure are highly put into considerations, the night shows are beautiful but I didn't like the moon light show because nothing so special about it. I have received the best hospitality treatment from the animation team specially the African girl Anna she is doing her best, she deserves more, she made me love this place. I really recommend this hotel of you want to have an awesome vacation and refreshes your mind , with friends fience or even your family. Surely I will be back here again for more time.

the room is tidy and always clean. the housekeepers are friendly and always do their best to help. the entertainment is great and the animation team are great (especially anna). the wifi isn’t great so i suggest getting an egyptian sim card. the food is pleasant but can give you an upset stomach for the first few days. the water park is amazing and so easy to get to and so many various slides. all in all the hotel is amazing and i would recommend it 100%

Really great fun with a good mix of segregated fun for littlies and biggies. If you are a Jaz guest the food and drink are complimentary. We were there during Easter and the food selection was a bit limited. Also, eat out of synch of regular meal times to avoid the queues. All the chutes shut down for at least an hour for lunch time prayer, when most folk head up to the food centre. This is where you will get wi fi if you need it too. Buses seemed to only be every hour so we took an Uber back to our hotel. Recommended must do in Makadi.

We come to Jaz Aquaviva because we hear this is the biggest aquapark in Egypt. We were really surprised how amazing it was. Entertainment program was also really good. A lot of slides for children's and even adults. Food cort is near so you will not be even thirsty.

We were in the aqua park with a friend and liked it a lot! Usually I'm scared of different water slides, but I felt safety in this park. I’ve tried almost all of the water slides and liked them a lot! I’m sure I’ll be back to this aqua park next time. And thanks a lot to the manager Bahaa Fouad who helped us to book the tickets and get in the park. Very polite, kind and client- oriented manager. Thanks a lot!!!

we went with a 7 yr old and a 3 yr old paying direct so it cost us around £50 for all four for the day. The park is large. clean and well laid out with lots of areas for small and large children (adults) the big rides have a height limit of 1.2m which allowed the 7yr old to go on all the rides, she absolutely loved it and the queues were small i believe they limit access numbers, the 3 yr old also had lots of slides and areas available to play. Food and drink is all included in the price and was very good with no restrictions on quantity, all in all it was excellent value for money and a really good day out.

Our usual trip to the same hotel as the previous 4 years but not the same quality as before. Water levels were low, which meant even the lazy river was unable to operate properly to point it did not carry you. The wave pool only operated on every 2nd or 3rd day, as well as the water slides intermittent. We noticed the main pools at lower levels and obvious by tidemarks on walls showing the usual level. Although this was reported to the hotel at the time, they said they had water issues but shouldn't cause any problems. We booked several trips out e.g. early start to Cairo, where the hotel refused us a breakfast pack, which we have always had each year with early starts. These highlighted issues, along with other little things like not getting clean towels in room on occasion, meant I felt obliged to contact RedSea Holidays with issues after returning home. Their response was that the hotel manager believed we should have enjoyed ourselves, which is a little condescending and replied to that effect. Because the RSH company took a stance that it was acceptable and I should just accept it, I challenged them for a goodwill gesture which was refused twice so I took it to the ombudsman and was awarded £600. If only RSH had appreciated my complaint seriously and if had even offered £100 or a 5% discount of our next one, we would still use them and the hotel. It should be noted that we are likely to return to Hurghada Makadi bay but likely a different hotel.

The water park was amazing and children really enjoyed. The slides were also very clean. Only concern was that the family slides required us to take our tubes up ourselves and it was too heavy. Especially when we were two adults and three children and the place needs more shaded spaces.

Positives - Great park very clean lots of slides. Negatives - Sadly there is no control of the queues and Egyptian people will push in and try to bully staff. Made it an unpleasant experience. 3 years ago when we stayed this problem didn’t exist so not sure what’s happened. When you pay 7k for a holiday you don’t expect this at the hotel your staying. Sadly I won’t be returning to Jaz Aquaviva
