It is a very beautiful panoramic view of the old and new city of Cartegena. Costs $11,000 pesos ($3,75 USD). Also the building is a restored 17th century Monostary.

A very moving and spiritual place. Pope John Paul came to this very small humble place which touches your heart. Beautiful views of the city
