The lake is not much to write about but the scenery surrounding the lake was beautiful with amazing architecture and lovely lights at night and some really amazing food spots. We went and ate at a bar called Johnson's and had some amazing eisbein at Meisterbrau's next to the spectacular science and arts building. We walked around the stellar international... More

Went there for a walk and we are so amazed by it's view. Sadly, we didnt have the chance to try the restaurants(closed) around the lake due to chinese holidays.

Great area for a walk, to go for jogging, ride a bike or just relax and have a cup of coffee or something to eat. There are plenty of restaurants surrounding the lake and sone nice areas to enjoy a walk.

It was quite hazy but great walking around the lake with fresh air, cooling breeze and scenic views was great. Kids had fun imitating the statues and we enjoyed morning strolls for the 2 days we were there.

they really did a nice job making the lake area a nice place for a long walk. Sorry to see so many closed shops around the lake, must be off season. Lake looked cleaner than many other lakes that I have visited in China.

Smelly and green colored lake. Amusement park with Ferris wheel has awful attitude and service. Terrible unless you are a local and don't know any better.

I live very near Jinji Lake and I never tire of it. The West side near Ligongdi has a lovely walking boulevard, which is a great place to go for an evening walk to see the entire lake when it is lit up at night. There are also many restaurants nearby on Ligongdi if you fancy a bite to eat... More

There are so many different activities around the lake. My favourite is just to walk and watch the scenery and the people. Like most city parks, the lake surroundings have been heavily developed, but there are still some quiet places and some of the sculptures are very interesting to see. You are never far from a road so easy to... More
