Just ok.

Lots of people selling furs and leather goods as well as some antiques. There are also some shops to buy some Mongolian yoghurt.

Lots of people selling furs and leather goods as well as some antiques. There are also some shops to buy some Mongolian yoghurt.

This was exactly what I wanted it to be. The only downside was how expensive it was. My advice: haggle!

This street is on the western side of Dazhao temple at the back of the big statue. Very easy to find. A lot of shops where you can pick up souvenirs but need to bargain quite a bit. A few antiques also available. Leather goods, felt goods, bronze works, Mongolian food, Tibetan praying ware, furs, etc. Easy to hail a... More

It's very pleasant to walk in the curios street and you can find plenty of smalls shop selling animals skins, old items prior cultural revolution and some mongolian products such as boots, costumes or hats. A part is gong under renovation and an extension is actually on going making the area incredibly and it seems (to me) to big if... More
